Shipping policy

At Naturely, we carefully pack every order with the same attention to detail we give to the products we carry. We’re delighted to offer shipping across Canada and to select destinations in the United States.

Canada

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $100 before taxes and after discounts.

Orders under $100 are shipped for a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

United States

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States. Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to UPS brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by U.S. customs and/or the shipping carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, these charges are outside of Naturely’s control and are not included in the product or shipping cost at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.

While we carefully prepare and hand off each order to our shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience should unexpected delays occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Naturely is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
