Return & Exchange Policy
At Naturely, we stand behind the products we carry and are committed to helping you find the perfect fit. Because many of our items are personal care and scent-based products, we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
All holiday, seasonal, sale items, gift cards, and promotional purchases are final sale.
Important Note About Skincare & Scented Products
We understand that skincare and fragrance can be personal. Thatβs why we offer samples whenever possible and have trained sales experts available to guide you.
If you have concerns about skin sensitivities, ingredients, or scent preferences, we strongly encourage you to speak with one of our team members before purchasing. Our goal is to help you select products that are the best fit for your skin and lifestyle.
Due to the nature of these products, opened or used personal care items cannot be exchanged or credited.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@naturelymb.ca so we can make it right.
Online Orders
To request an exchange or store credit for an online purchase, please email info@naturelymb.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. If approved, items must be mailed to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
